Guitar — Terms & Conditions

Effective August 13, 2026

Payment Registration Fee When you enroll, there is an $89 nonrefundable registration fee that covers materials and supplies, and gets everything set up for your student to start lessons smoothly Tuition Tuition for the 2026-27 school year is $1,390, split into 10 equal payments of $139. After the first payment at registration, the remaining 9 payments of $139 are billed on the 1st of each month from September through May. Tuition is a flat yearly rate split into equal monthly payments. This makes budgeting simple and means you never have to keep track of how many lessons fall in a particular month. Your tuition includes 34 lessons and 3 performance opportunities during the school year The calendar is built over 35 weeks to allow for one possible studio closure due to weather, illness, or emergencies. If there is more than one studio cancellation, Bloom will add a makeup week in May. Missed Lessons and Makeups We do not provide refunds for missed or canceled lessons. If your student misses a lesson, they'll receive access to a curriculum video that matches the material from that week so they can stay on track. Makeup lessons may be possible if another student cancels and a spot opens up, but we can't guarantee specific days or times. Guitar is a new program so makeup availability will be highly dependent on enrollment. In the event makeup lessons are possible: Lessons must be canceled in the student portal at least 2 hours before the lesson to receive a makeup credit. Makeup credits expire after 60 days or in May 2027 (whichever comes first) and will not roll over to a new session. Makeup credits expire if a student withdraws and cannot be used after the final paid month. Discontinuation of Lessons Notice of withdrawal needs to be submitted by the 20th of the month using our withdrawal form for enrollment to end that month. Withdrawals submitted after the 20th will take effect at the end of the following month. Example: If notice is submitted on May 21, tuition will still be billed for June, and lessons will end at the end of June. This policy applies to all students so scheduling can be handled fairly and consistently, therefore there are no exceptions.
